イギリスのモルトとホップ、イーストで醸造されたラムアンドフラグは、あなたにイギリスのお気に入りのパブで新鮮なパイントビールで喉を潤す楽しみを思い起こさせるイングリッシュスタイルのパブエールです。より伝統に忠実に考え抜かれたビールのレシピを考えた醸造責任者が、かつて英国ビールの楽しみ方を発見するためにひと夏を過ごした「ラム＆フラッグ」というパブにちなんで名付けました。そのパブは、大学の授業を終えた後で夜の街に繰り出す前に、最初に立ち寄る場所でした。（その後には、私たちの自慢のイングリッシュ・ブラウン・エールの名前にもなっている素晴らしいパブ、「イーグル＆チャイルド」で一杯がお決まりのコース！） 爽快で飲みやすく、ビスケットのような軽くサクッとした風味と、イーストケントゴールディングスとファグルスのホップが醸し出す微かなフルーツのような香りが感じられます

Brewed to evoke the enjoyment of getting a fresh pour in a proper pint at your favorite pub, this English-Style Pub Ale was brewed with English malt, English hops, and English yeast. Inspired by tradition, tradition, and more tradition, the recipe is named after the Lamb & Flag pub once owned by St. John’s College in Oxford, where our Brewmaster once spent a summer discovering the joys of good British beer. Lamb & Flag was the first stop en route to a night out after class (followed by a pint at Eagle & Child, the name of a great pub and our favorite English Brown Ale). Crisp and sessionable with a pleasing biscuity profile and soft, subtle fruit notes from East Kent Goldings and Fuggles.
