グレート・バレー・キュヴェは、ダビネット、ゴールデン・ラセット、サマセット・レッドストリーク、キングストン・ブラック、ブラック・トゥイッグ、ストーク・レッド、ブルマーズ・ノーマン、トレムレット・ビターといった、私たちが最も愛するサイダー用リンゴ品種をブレンドして作られています。オーク樽で自然発酵させたこのブレンドは、このサイダーの原料となるリンゴが栽培されたアパラチア地方へのオマージュとして、時代を超えて愛される味わいを醸し出しています。

Anxo's Great Valley Cuvee is made from a blend of some of our most beloved cider apple varieties: Dabinett, Golden Russet, Somerset Redstreak, Kingston Black, Black Twig, Stoke Red, Bulmer’s Norman & Tremlett’s Bitter. Spontaneously fermented in oak barrels comes a blend for the ages, an ode to Appalachia where the apples for this cider were grown.
