長年にわたりワイルドエールの醸造とブレンドに携わってきた中で、私たちのミックスカルチャー・プログラムの代名詞となった2つのフルーツといえば、在来種のパパイヤとイチゴでしょう。数年前、私たちのワイルドエールの中でも最も美味しく、そして最も人気の高い2つのブランドを生み出すために使われていたこの特別なフルーツを融合させることを思いつきました。オハイオ州の森の奥深くの谷から、ノースカロライナ州の太陽が降り注ぐ野原まで、この意外なフルーツの組み合わせは、私たちのアパラチア・ワイルドエール・プログラムに新鮮でファンキーな風味を加えてくれます。信じられないほど新鮮なフルーツと細心の注意を払ったブレンドのおかげで、私たちのお気に入りの2つのフルーツがまるで滴り落ちるかのようなワイルドエールを、誇りを持ってお届けできます。

Throughout our years of brewing and blending wild ales, the two fruits that have become synonymous with our mixed-culture program would have to be the native paw paw fruit and the strawberry. Used in creating two of our most delicious and sought after wild ale brands, a few years back, it dawned on us to marry these two extraordinary fruits. From the hollers deep in the Ohio forests to the sun-soaked North Carolina fields, this unlikely fruit combination brings a fresh and funky addition to our Appalachian wild ale program. Thanks to incredibly fresh fruit and meticulous blending, we proudly present this decidedly drippy wild ale, showcasing two of our most favorite fruits.
