オーディオパレットは、アメリカンホップを使ったスペルト麦芽感溢れるファームハウス・エールで、Stillwater Artisanalとのコラボレーション醸造です。湧き水、テキサス地産の二条大麦、スペルト麦芽、アイダホ７で醸造しています。ステンレスタンクで混合培養し、マンダリナババリア、ヒューメロン、そしてカシミアでドライホッピングしています。無濾過、自然熟成。

Audio Palette is our spelty farmhouse ale with American hops, brewed in collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal. We brewed with well water, Texas-grown 2-row barley, malted spelt, and Idaho 7. We fermented in stainless with our mixed culture and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Cashmere. Unfiltered and naturally conditioned. 6.8% abv.
