This beer takes Perpetum, Jackie O's stainless steel fermented American sour ale, and referments it on apricots, then conditions it on Malagasy vanilla beans. A bright and brilliant acidity, tropical Brettanomyces funk, and punchy notes of preserved stone fruit are tempered by rich vanilla.
