ラストブロードキャストは、私たちが製造する数少ないDIPAの一つです。モザイク、ネルソン、シトラ、ギャラクシーといった複雑なホップを贅沢にブレンドしています。オイリーなホップの組み合わせにより、トロピカルメランジュ、シトラスオイル、ベリーメドレー、柔らかなピーチの香りに、ニュージーランド産ソーヴィニヨン・ブランのような草のようなニュアンスが加わります。そして、いつものように、これら全てが、私たちの特徴である柔らかなハウス酵母と、芳醇な口当たりによって見事に調和されています。

Last Broadcast is a hazy DIPA hopped generously with a complex blend of Mosaic, Nelson, Citra and Galaxy. Given that oily hop combination, we taste impressions of tropical melange, citrus oil, berry medley, and soft peach with a touch of grassy, New Zealand Sauv Blanc like tones. As is often the case, all of it is cohesively pulled together by our signature soft house yeast and plush mouthfeel character.
