ビエール・ド・ミエルは、井戸水、TexMalt社のピルスナーモルトと小麦、そしてイーストケントゴールディングズのホップで醸造されています。テキサスの州都・オースティンのGood Flow Honey & Juice社のワイルドフラワー蜂蜜を投入、混合培養して再醗酵させました。メロン、スプライト、ピンクグレープフルーツそしてスイカのネグローニのような香りがする自然発酵のビールです。

Bière de Miel is brewed with well water, Llano pilsner and Denton County wheat from TexMalt, and East Kent Golding hops. Fermented with our mixed culture and refermented with wildflower honey from Good Flow Honey & Juice in Austin. Naturally conditioned with notes of honeydew, Sprite, pink grapefruit, and watermelon Negroni.
