寒い朝に焼きたてのカルダモンパンとコーヒーにインスピレーションを得て、ラトビアのĀrpus Brewingの仲間たちと共同で醸造したこのインペリアルスタウト。ブラジル産の豊かなコーヒーをベースに、しっかりとしたバニラの風味、そして後味にほのかなカルダモンの風味をプラスした、コーヒーを前面に出した味わいを目指しました。カルダモンは美しく温かみのある魅惑的なスパイスで、このスタウトに素晴らしいアクセントを加えています！

Inspired by fresh cardamom buns and coffee on a cold morning, this imperial stout was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Ārpus Brewing in Latvia. For this beer we decided on a coffee-forward profile with rich Brazilian coffee, rounded out with a firm vanilla presence, and with a subtle touch of cardamom on the backend. Cardamom can be a beautifully warm, enticing spice and we think it plays a nice supporting role in this stout that should pair perfectly with the holidays.
