ヨコハマサンライズは、カーディナルトレーディングと直営店のサウスバウンド、そして仲間であるバージニアビアカンパニーとのコラボレーションビールです。VBCのみなさんは、日本への輸入を開始した2019年以来、厚くサポートしてくれてきました。4年経った今年は、共同オーナーのクリスさんを日本に招くことができました。そして横浜にある直営店、サウスバウンドタップルーム＆ボトルショップの1周年を12月に祝うのを記念して、特別なビールを一緒に醸造することにしました。ヨコハマサンライズはアマリロとストラタホップを使用したヘージーIPAです。色が美しく明るく、新鮮なグレープフルーツの香りが広がり、ダンクな後味が引き立つ味わいが特徴です。バージニア州のウィリアムズバーグから日本の横浜まで、そして間のあらゆる場所も、つながるクラフトビールコミュニティを祝福した逸品です！乾杯！ (樽・缶詰日: 2023年11月13日)

Yokohama Sunrise is a collab between Cardinal Trading, Southbound, and our friends at The Virginia Beer Company! The team at VBC has been supporting us since we first began importing their beers in 2019, and four years later we were able to host them in Japan. Now, in celebration of the first anniversary of Southbound Taproom and Bottle Shop in Yokohama this December, we collaborated on a special beer. This hazy IPA is brewed with Amarillo and Strata hops. Beautifully bright and teeming with notes of fresh grapefruit complemented with a dank finish, Yokohama Sunrise celebrates the craft beer community that connects from Williamsburg, Virginia to Yokohama, Japan (and everywhere between)!
