暖かい季節にぴったりのこのビールは、誰もが大好きなクラシックなペールエールを思い出させてくれます。ハウスモルトをベースに、キャラメルモルトをほんの少し加えたシンプルなブレンドから生まれたこのビールは、明るい琥珀色で、鮮やかな透明感を放ちます。ケトルで少量のセンテニアルをビタリングし、その後カスケードでしっかりと仕上げます。カスケードを丁寧にブレンドすることで、お馴染みの松の香りと、鮮やかな果肉感のレモネードシトラスの風味が生まれ、ほのかなモルトの甘みでバランスが取れています。

A warm weather crusher, reminding us all of some of our favorite classic Pale Ales. Starting with a simple blend of our house base malts and a touch of caramel malt, this beer pours a light amber color with brilliant clarity. In the kettle, a small bittering charge of Centennial before hitting it heavy with Cascade. A careful blend of Cascade lots to bring in those familiar aromas and flavors of pine and bright pulpy lemonade citrus, balancing out with a slight malty sweetness. Show Less
